I am not from a military family but this was a random pickup book from the library that I really enjoyed! I admired the family's perseverance through the year-- what a neat family project!

To be honest, I do not even know who Kirk Cameron is but I am familiar with Candace Cameron as I watched Full House growing up. This is a book written by Kirk & Candace's mom and tells behind-the-scenes stories of their family and how they became television stars.

This was a random library pick-up but a very interesting read about four siblings and their lives that take different paths after their parents both die. It does have language and some adult talk.
