Shattered Silence

I really feel like I've read more Margaret Daley books but this blog says it isn't so...hmm. I read this book quickly and it was okay. It kept me guessing and interested for the most part.

As hard as this book was to read (it is a non-fiction story) I really enjoyed it! Shannon and her family had a unique way of dealing with her diagnoses and reading the book made me wish I'd been reading their journey all along on their blog!

I've heard of Jordyn Redwood and her books before but never read one. Oh my, what a treat it was. I loved the suspense and medical aspects both and it had me itching to finish it when I was at work. She will definitely be an author to follow!

To be honest, I do not even know who Kirk Cameron is but I am familiar with Candace Cameron as I watched Full House growing up. This is a book written by Kirk & Candace's mom and tells behind-the-scenes stories of their family and how they became television stars.
