(I finally finished my first Nook Book! It only took me a year+... Anyway, I enjoyed the story. I have also had a real paper copy out from the library as a back up. Sandra's writing makes the story easy to breeze through!)
(I do not remember how I randomly came across this book but I've always been interested in pregnancy, babies, and especially teen pregnancy. I gobbled this book up! It was very interesting to hear the background of the young author's family and how teen pregnancy was almost expected of her. I wish her the best, she is a smart teen!)
(This was another fast read for me. I had a day off and time at the park so I read this book. I enjoyed the storyline immensely and there were twists and turns I didn't see coming, which I loved! Overall a great read, I will definitely check out more books by this author.)
(This book was recommended to me by a friend a month or so ago. I finally got my copy from the library and read it in less than a day. It's a gripping tale, a fast read...and I won't say more because I don't want to spoil the story--but I recommend it!)
(This was a book I was looking forward to getting my hands on. It has been hyped up a lot in the Christian reader blogs lately. I enjoyed it-- it took me a few days to finish due to my schedule but I do look forward to reading more about Carly in the next books in the series.)
(I know that I am SO late to the Hunger Games world. After multiple people told me I should check them out, I finally had the chance to borrow this book from a friend. I read it in one day and am looking forward to the other books in the trilogy as well as the movie!)
(I really enjoyed the beginning of this book. The story of the singer's childhood was hard to read, but entertaining. However, as the story progressed into Shania's recording and singing years, I lost interest. Keep in mind I am not a dedicated fan of hers, just happened to come upon the book.)
(This was a book unlike those I usually read. I randomly picked it up at the library and was expecting it to be about the author's life before her husband died and life after. Instead, the majority of the book focused on various extramarital affairs the late Henry had. At times the book was riveting and other times, very slow as affairs were closely examined.)
(I enjoyed this story, but the lack of consistent full sentences drove me a bit crazy. The location sounds gorgeous and a place I'd love to visit, so that drew me in.)
